Wafer Stick Roll Packing System
1. Food standard PU conveyor
The buffer belt uses high quality food grade Pu, stainless steel frame. Taiwan high-speed motor and high-end bearing with anti bias function.
2.Round basin
304 stainless steel material. The function is to push wafer stick to turntable using machine eccentricity, then wafer stick will go to conveyor orderly
3. 90°arranging machine
Arrange wafer stick rolls coming out from round basin. This machine has function of removing waste material.Quantitative wafer sticks will be controlled by servo motor through conveyor enter to packing machine automatically. The machine also has stacked ability.
